剧情简介

Star Wars: A New Hope, a spectacular film saga that has captivated massive audiences again and again since 1977. Is it the simple, cliché-ridden fairy-tale narrative that stirs the emotions of so many people? Do the characters offer such strong potential for identification? Or is it merely a gigantic marketing campaign designed to create and secure a new market over the long term? These and many other questions are addressed in a 45-minute television documentary by numerous enthusiasts, fans, and former “star warriors.” In interviews, people with very different biographies talk about their experiences with the saga. They provide insights into their costly merchandise collections and present themselves in their film costumes.
